Brother Red was a member of Century Lodge for over 15 years.  He resided in Florida with his wife Stacey and daughter Jessica.  Red is also survived by his daughter Kristen that lives in the Elgin area.

For those of you who knew Red, he has been sick for a long time.  His medical problems stemmed from his Service during the Viet Nam War.  His wife Stacey said he had been in the hospital last week for 5 days and was released this past Friday morning. She said he was doing great, actually felt better then he had in a along time.  They enjoyed a wonderful evening together Friday night, they even danced by the pool.  Saturday he told his wife and daughter how proud he was of them and how much he loved them,.  He said he was tired and went down for a nap.

Red passed away Saturday August 1st peacefully in his sleep.  Please keep Brother Red and his family in your prayers.

A memorial Service for Red will be held at Century Lodge October 1st.  Dinner at 7pm and the service at 8pm.  Family and Friends are encouraged to attend.
